Include the exact model, describe the symptoms and attach a photo of the damage. This helps us determine whether a part is needed and whether the phone should be brought in immediately.
When should you bring a phone in for repair?
A phone does not need to be completely dead before it is worth bringing it to a workshop. A broken screen, fast-draining battery, loose charging port, poor sound or moisture damage are signs that the device should be inspected.
Early diagnostics can identify the cause before the damage becomes more serious.
What should you do if a phone got wet?
If water, coffee or another liquid got into the phone, turn the device off and do not put it on charge. Do not keep trying to turn the phone on, because moisture can cause additional damage in the connections and circuit board.
Rice does not remove moisture from ports or the circuit board. Bring the switched-off phone in as soon as possible so we can assess whether cleaning and repair are possible.

Phone screen and glass replacement
If the phone screen is broken, the image is black, there are lines on the display or the touchscreen does not respond, we check the screen condition and spare part availability. Before work starts, we clarify the price and repair option.
Phone battery replacement
If the battery does not last, the phone does not charge properly or shuts down by itself, we check the battery condition and replacement option. A phone with a swollen battery should be inspected as soon as possible.
Inspection after moisture damage
If the phone got wet or came into contact with another liquid, do not try to turn it on again or charge it. We check whether the damage is in the charging port, screen, battery, connections or circuit board.
Speaker, earpiece and microphone
If calls are hard to hear, others cannot hear you, the speaker crackles or sound is too quiet, we inspect the speaker, earpiece and microphone. Sometimes cleaning is enough, sometimes a part needs replacement.
Back glass, case and buttons
We help with back glass, case, power button and volume button issues when the repair is reasonable and the required part is available. If the damage affects internal connections, we start with inspection.
Charging port, USB-C and Type-C repair
We inspect the phone charging port, USB-C or Type-C connection if the phone does not charge, charges only at a certain angle or the cable does not stay firmly in the port. If needed, we also check the charger and cable.
Setup and data transfer
We assist with phone setup, transferring contacts and important data, and provide backup recommendations based on the device. We never delete phone data without the customer’s approval.
Camera and camera glass repair
If the camera image is blurry, the camera does not focus or the camera glass is broken, we check the camera, glass and connection condition. If a spare part is needed, we clarify availability before work starts.
