Bringing a device to the workshop

Repairs, diagnostics, spare-part replacement, soldering, screen, battery and charging-port work, and liquid-damage treatment are best carried out in the workshop.

What are the workshop opening hours?

The workshop is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. It is closed on Sunday.

Do I need to make an appointment before visiting?

You can visit during opening hours without an appointment for a basic inspection or to drop off a device. If your enquiry concerns a specific spare part, a larger repair or on-site assistance, it is better to call or write first.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Include the device model, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo. For a 3D printing enquiry, attach a file, measurements, a drawing or a photo of the part.

Can a technician visit my home or office?

Yes. A technician can visit your home or office in Tartu when needed. On-site assistance is suitable for Wi-Fi, printer, workstation and software setup, as well as other minor technical issues. If workshop equipment is required, the device will need to be brought in for inspection.

Can I send a 3D printing file by email?

Yes. You can send a 3D printing enquiry by email. STL, OBJ and STEP are the preferred file formats. If you do not have a ready file, send a photo, measurements or a drawing.

Can I find out the repair price before work begins?

Before starting work, we explain what affects the price. The final cost depends on the device model, the cause of the fault, the required spare parts and the amount of work involved.
